What will the final version of my mobile application look like?
Your app will look however you want it to look. While the live app builder preview is a very accurate representation, it is only meant to serve as a reference for you. The final app will be full size, fully functional, and will look very similar to your app preview, which you can access in your dashboard at any time.

We support iPhone, Android, and Blackberry platforms, with many more coming soon!

Apple and iTunes
How long does it take before my app appears in iTunes App Store?
It takes about 10-15 business days. Two for us to prep your app and eight to twelve for Apple to approve it. Of course, Apple could be slower or faster. After all, Apple is very popular these days.
I heard Apple won't allow donations from an app on the iPhone. How about that?
That is true. But we have developed a unique approach to this problem. Our solution has been approved by Apple. Our users need to only click twice to give. As a result, our clients generally see an uptick in giving.

App Monetization
How do we get the money generated by our app and when?
We direct deposit the funds into the account of your choosing at the interval you select. Most clients opt for a monthly deposit, but you can select weekly deposits. A small ACH fee will apply.
Do we need to integrate this with our accounting system?
No. You already have a process for handling donations mailed to you. Use that EXACT same process. The only difference is, you will get a single deposit and better data on every giver in the form of a nice easy to read spreadsheet (CSV file).

App Management and Other Questions
How do I manage or update my app once it is launched?
We provide a sweet web based management console. From there you can add new announcements, modify twitter accounts, link new blogs, and other neat stuff.
Do I have to pay for updates?
No. Depending on new feature introduction, our standard accounts will receive up to four updates a year and premium accounts can update monthly. Updates can include changes to the look and feel of your app based on new graphics supplied by you.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, we want you to stay on the platform for exactly as long as you want to.
Is this service secure? Do you sell the data? Are you evil?
Yes. No. & No! We are PCI compliant and take security very seriously. Your data is your data. We do not share it with partners or sell it to third parties. We are not evil and strive to help you do good!
How often do you add features to the platform?
We try to do something significant every quarter. Most new features are free. We want your app to be the coolest app in the neighborhood.
